Both myself and my parents, purchased and sold homes with her and were completely satisfied in our transactions. Specifically, my husband and I purchased a wreck of a property in Southern Highlands with the intention of remodeling it to be our forever home. We did complete a very customized remodel with high-end features, however very unconventional. When we decided to move to Florida we reached out to Evangelina to list the property, but also her advice and experience. She was straight forward about our challenges, spot on in her estimated timeline and ultimately found the right buyer for the space we created. Our challenges didn’t end there. Due to lack of bedrooms that had been converted for other uses, the appraisal was looking to come in much lower than hoped and she was able to find other properties around Vegas that had recently sold closer to ours in finishes. Her knowledge and out of the box thinking were able to get us where we and the buyer needed to finalize the transaction.
