BBorn and raised in San Diego, John “JD” Diaz relocated to Las Vegas in 2006 to pursue a degree in Marketing at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas—an academic foundation that would later shape his refined, strategic approach to real estate.

His career began in 2015 with Shea Homes, the #1 privately held homebuilder in the U.S., where he was hired as the company’s Marketing Manager. Immersed in the world of high-quality home design and development, JD quickly earned his real estate license and emerged as a top-producing agent within his first year of sales. His ability to fuse market insight with branding acumen set him apart from the beginning.

By 2017, JD transitioned into general real estate, earning Top 1% recognition early on. With experience spanning new home construction and luxury resale, he used his marketing background and strong digital presence on Instagram and YouTube to create a niche brand focused on elevated living, strategic positioning, and client connection.

In 2020, JD founded Diaz Luxe Group at Keller Williams Luxury International, building the #1 team within its first year. Known for his service-first mindset and high standards, JD redefined how luxury is marketed and experienced in the Las Vegas Valley.

In 2023, JD joined Douglas Elliman, one of the most prestigious names in national luxury real estate. The move expanded his exposure to ultra-high-net-worth clientele and sharpened his approach to cross-market collaboration—enhancing his ability to serve buyers and sellers with refined taste and expectations.
