Chip Madsen is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. I always felt valued and he was always there to help answer questions or provide meaningful insight when needed. He does a fantastic job at making us feel like more than just a client while also cutting out the “fluff” to make sure everything is taken care of properly and in a timely fashion. Great, genuine guy to work with and will definitely use again should we find ourselves back in Las Vegas. He also connected us with an awesome realtor in the state we were moving to – I don’t think there isn’t anything Chip doesn’t know or can’t do.
