Staying stylish in Las Vegas -- or anywhere else -- is more about being organized than having a huge closet, insists Jimmy Choo fashion expert Heather Caravella.
As a fashion merchandising professional, she offers some tips for maintaining a fashion-forward wardrobe that is adaptable for all seasons and all occasions. She notes that she prefers dresses because of their movability and the ease with which they can be dressed up or down with a change of shoes and the addition of a jacket or different accessories.
There's a knack to always looking great, she insists, and a large part of it is knowing how to care for your clothes properly and "thin out your closet." She says that whenever she buys something new, she also donates a piece to Goodwill!
Additionally, Caravella, who oversees both the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace and a boutique in The Shops at Crystals, notes that style involves more than just the clothes one wears. The total package, she insists, is created with hair style, makeup, accessories and attitude.
This stylish lady insists that whether you're dressing for a night on the town or an important business function -- or you simply want to look your best for routine activities -- you really should take the time to invest in yourself.
"It shows," she says.
